Lenovo Thinksmart Teams Room

• With the New meeting button, you can instantly invite
contacts in the Unilever network or an outsider by
entering their e-mail address.

• You can join a call with a pre-formed dial pad via the
Dial pad.
• You can share the conference content or make a
presentation by connecting the HDMI cable
left on the table to your computer with the Present
button.
• You can adjust the volume of the Thinksmart Hub
from the More button and restart the device.

Create a meeting from Outlook

• Invite the room to the meeting you created just as
you would a regular meeting in the Outlook
calendar. You can come to the room at the meeting
time and start the conference with one touch.
