FAQ




      How many days does the company expect me to come to the office? (When am I going to come to the office? How much time will I need to spend there?)
      Our aim is to strike a balance between time spent in the office and remote working. While there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to Hybrid working, to get the most out
      of the hybrid benefits, the expectation from everyone is to check in at least once in the office per week – regardless of the time you spend in the office on one
      particular day. (Unless your role requires more presence than one check-in at the office)
      The office will be open from Monday to Friday between 07:30 a.m. to 09:00 p.m. Most of the team days will be mid-weekdays, however do feel free to check in at the
      beginning or at the end of the week too. The office will always be open to welcome us. However, please be aware that the office amenities such as Brasserie,
      Hairdresser and other services will close before 09:00 p.m
      How can I decide my office-based days?
      Hybrid means coming together less often but with more preparation, collaboration and communication. The days in the office cannot purely be a matter of personal
      preference, nor should it be approached as a fixed routine. We encourage and strongly recommend you schedule your office presence together with your team in a
      “team sport approach”. We have created team days office schedule and determined the neighborhoods in the office floors for teams to foster team collaboration and
      help you in deciding your day/days in the office. Please check Condeco app or Hybrid Hub to access the schedule.
      Can I still use the office if I forget to do pre-booking?
      Yes, we can – however before we enter, we will need to wait at the lobby and reserve a desk there. Once the reservation is done, we can then get in and take our seat.
      If no booking is made, then it is less likely that we will get the seat we want. Also, car parking is not guaranteed if we do not have a booking. If all bookings are made
      at the door, this also means a difficult workplace arrangement, so we strongly recommend to book in advance. Our suggestion is to schedule your booking at least 2
      days in advance.
      Will there be parking available for me?
      Car parking will be available for everyone, without exceptions. However, you will need to book your space beforehand to secure your working spaces and your
      parking.
      What is the capacity of the office now?
      At the Umraniye Office we have over 650 bookable seats, but we can cover 1300 people at the same time via other spaces like multi-purpose spaces, soft seating,
      seats at the kitchenette, cafeteria area etc.
      Will the office be open on all weekdays?
      Yes, from Monday to Friday between 07:30 a.m. to 09:00 p.m. Most of the team days will be mid-weekdays, however do feel free to check in at the beginning or at the

      How will working-from-home benefits be in Hybrid work?
      Meal allowance and internet allowance will continue to be offered. New joiners will receive ergonomy payment as everyone else has received before.
      Will I pay for lunch in the office?
      You can make the payment with either credit card or meal ticket. Cash payment will not be an option.
      I would like to have gluten-free/ vegan/ vegetarian foods. Will we be able to have them in the office?
      Vegetarian options will be provided in every traditional meal. The gluten-free and vegan options are in progress and all the effort is in place to provide them, they can
      be more demand based. Further clarification will be provided.
