Let’s find out how to register before your entrance.
WHAT IS CONDECO?
• Condeco booking system is Unilever global solution to manage work environment.
• We use Condeco tool for desk, meeting room and car parking booking for a better
employee experience and scheduling can be managed in real time.
• If you want to learn where your colleagues are in U-House, please check «Find a
Colleague» functionality on Condeco

• 2 days in advance booking is strongly recommended.
• Even though you have booked a meeting room, personal desk booking is required.
• You’re always welcomed to U-House, even if you forget to do your booking before. You can
do it in the entrance but we cannot guarantee to the seat that you want.
